XIID is a band concept that delivers a modern sound with a remix of superhits, put together with an original twist. The band is made up of some of Norway's most skilled musicians and artists who together create an experience of the highest class. Warp Visuals is an integral part of the XIID concept.
During the pandemic we’ve have not had the chance to gather people for live shows, so we chose to create a digital showcase.
The digital format gave us some creative opportunities and we followed our mantra #XIIDYOURSELF, to try to create beyond expectations.
The stage design is a reproduction of the Main Stage @ Ultra Music Festival 2018.
Green screen footage was recorded live as a one take using 2 cameras. The screen visuals was recorded in real time from Resolume Arena 7 using 2 x Atomos 4k recorders. Pixel maps was created in DVizion’s Mapper 2, and video chasers with Hybrid Constructs’ Chaser 3.
